We ship handmade craft items across India. Deliveries within major cities will be handled by our trusted courier partners, while deliveries to other regions will be managed by reputable logistics providers.

Shipping Costs

  • Orders above ₹500 qualify for free shipping within major cities.
  • For orders below ₹500, a nominal shipping fee of ₹50 will be applied within major cities.
  • Shipping to other regions incurs a flat fee of ₹100 per order.

Shipping Time

  • Deliveries within major cities typically arrive within 2-4 business days.
  • Shipments to other regions may take 4–7 business days, depending on the location.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Please contact us for special requests or inquiries regarding international orders.

Refund Policy

Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items. Customers must notify us of any return requests via email within this timeframe.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers can return eligible items for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
