Shipping Costs
- Orders above ₹500 qualify for free shipping within major cities.
- For orders below ₹500, a nominal shipping fee of ₹50 will be applied within major cities.
- Shipping to other regions incurs a flat fee of ₹100 per order.
Shipping Time
- Deliveries within major cities typically arrive within 2-4 business days.
- Shipments to other regions may take 4–7 business days, depending on the location.
International Shipping
- Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Please contact us for special requests or inquiries regarding international orders.
Refund Policy
Returns
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items. Customers must notify us of any return requests via email within this timeframe.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange
